All orders are processed from Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Orders placed before midday are usually prepared and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or public holidays, are shipped on the next working day. Although we strive for fast processing, busy promotional periods or unexpected delays can occasionally extend preparation times.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We use trusted courier partners to ensure your products arrive in good condition. Standard shipping is available for all orders, and the estimated delivery time typically ranges from two to seven business days depending on your location. International delivery times vary based on destination, customs procedures, and local courier handling. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may change due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. This allows you to follow your package as it moves through the courier network until it arrives at your address. If your order is sent in multiple packages, each shipment will have its own tracking information.

Duties, Taxes and Customs

For orders shipped outside our domestic market, local customs authorities may apply duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in your order total at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be lost, severely delayed, or arrives damaged, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. Our support team will liaise with the courier to investigate the issue and help arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. To speed up the process, please include your order number and any relevant details or photos when contacting us.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information including name, address, and contact details is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee rerouting or correction once a package has been dispatched, and orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

Returns must meet the required conditions, including being unopened and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
