Returns Eligibility
Because our products are consumable health supplements, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- We cannot accept returns of opened bottles for safety and hygiene reasons.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately so we can make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- A product different from what you ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request photos of the issue to speed up the resolution process.
Once approved, we will send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on your preference.
There is no need to return damaged or incorrect items unless our support team specifically asks for it.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund request, email our customer support team at:

- Order number
- Reason for the return or refund
- Photos (if applicable)
We will review your request and provide instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we cover all return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to change of mind or accidental ordering, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned product (if applicable), we will:
- Approve or deny your refund
- Process the refund to your original payment method
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank or card statement.
Please note: We cannot refund shipping fees on the original order unless the issue was caused by our team.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products returned without approval
- Items not purchased directly from uroprobiotics.com
- Orders past the 30-day return window
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation because your order may already be processing.
If the order has shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks your package as “delivered” but you did not receive it:
- First, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
- If the package cannot be located, contact us, and we will investigate with the courier.
We will work with you to find a fair solution.
Subscription Orders
For subscription plans:
- You may cancel or pause your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
- Refunds are only available for unshipped subscription charges.
- Shipped subscription orders follow the standard return policy.
